Colorado's Choice Homes is a small company dedicated to providing a rural atmosphere close to the city.  We have been building in the Southern Colorado area since 1997, providing 5 acre + lots and beautiful, semi-custom homes.   To date, we have built over 200 homes, and are expanding to build another 350.
